This album made my skin crawl. Sometimes what makes a darker themed album disturbing isn't immediately apparent, the dread one experiences hearing it can be ineffable and difficult to define. This album sounds exactly like the product of theistic abuse and bloodthirsty religious insanity. Never have I been more grateful to have grown up in such a secular country.
